InvenTrust Purchases Shopping Centers in Austin

InvenTrust Properties Corp. acquired two grocery-anchored properties in Austin, Texas, for a combined price of $189.3 million.
The acquisition includes the 357,000-square-foot The Shops at Arbor Trails, which is anchored by Costco Wholesale and Whole Foods, the 168,000-square-foot Escarpment Village, which is anchored by HEB. The properties are 99% and 100% leased, respectively.
