Hines opens its gates to Dallas’ latest amenity-rich, in-town neighborhood

Houston-based development firm Hines has opened its gated residential community in North Dallas — the Merion at Midtown Park — which will bring new homes to the city starting in the $450,000s.
The highly-amenitized, single-family townhouse community will contain about 300 houses within the 23-acre gated community near Walnut Hill Lane and North Central Expressway near the Royal Oaks Country Club in North Dallas.
Hines’ Managing Director Ben Brewer said the Merion at Midtown Park will give homeowners a new luxury home in a community-planned environment with some of the finest amenities, which include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit, poolside cabanas and lounge areas.
