By Daniel Lanyon <\/a>on 23rd November 2016 | Alt FI Credit<\/p>\n The recently rebranded FS Investments, formerly Franklin Square Capital, has made replaced outgoing chief financial officer for two of its Business Development Companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n Michael Lawson has resigned as chief financial officer from two business development companies (BDC) run by FS Investments, FS Investment Corporation II and FS Investment Corporation II, according to regulatory filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission<\/p>\n Lawson, who joined FS Investments back in April 2014, is being replaced by Bill Goebel.<\/p>\n \u201cMr. Lawson\u2019s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company\u2019s operations, policies or practices,\u201d the firm said in a statement.<\/p>\n \u201cIn connection with Mr. Lawson\u2019s resignation, on November 16, 2016, the Company\u2019s board of directors appointed William Goebel as Chief Financial Officer of the Company,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
