On October 30, 2020, Starwood Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. declared distributions for each class of its common stock in the amount per share set forth below:
The new prices per share to the public as of November 1, 2020, and the prices to the public in the REIT’s S-11 filed in December 2017, are shown below:
Based upon the latest prices per share and the net distribution rates after stockholder servicing fees, the annualized distribution yields would be as follows (note the share classes are in a different order between the two tables above):
