Phillips Edison & Company to Pursue Public Offering and Listing of its Stock on a National Stock Exchange

Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (“PECO” or the “Company”), an internally-managed real estate investment trust (“REIT”) and one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of omni-channel grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers, filed a registration statement on Form S-11 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 6, 2021, relating to a proposed public offering in conjunction with the listing of its stock on a national stock exchange.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether, or when, the offering may be contemplated or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. The Company intends to list its common stock on a national stock exchange under the ticker symbol “PECO.”
