October Nontraded REIT and BDC Investment Sales

Blue Vault has compiled sales data on nontraded alternative investments for the month of October.

Here are some quick highlights of October’s sales results for nontraded REITs and BDCs:

Total Nontraded REIT market: $334.4 million*

Nontraded REIT A shares: $109.9 million
Nontraded REIT T shares: $150.3 million

Nontraded Business Development Companies (BDCs): $81.8

*The total for the nontraded REIT market includes sales of A, A DRIP, I, R, T, T DRIP, and W shares.

Sales for Nontraded Closed-End Funds and Private Placements are still being tallied. We will send send an update on October sales when we have received all of the data.
