New York City REIT, a nontraded REIT advised by AR Global, was formed in 2013 as American Realty Capital New York City REIT.  It commenced its public offering in 2014 and closed its IPO on May 31, 2015, and has raised net proceeds of $769.9 million through September 30, 2019, including $68.8 million of distributions reinvested via its DRIP. 

As of September 30, 2019, the REIT owns a portfolio of eight properties consisting of 1,162,887 rentable square feet acquired at an aggregate purchase price of $790.7 million.  On October 24, 2019, the board of directors approved an estimated value per share (NAV) of $20.26 as of June 30, 2019.
