The nontraded REIT industry average of weighted average interest rates on outstanding debt has increased from 3.32% (2021) to 5.18% (2022) to 5.91% (2023). Over the same time period, the median of weighted average interest rates has increased from 3.20% to 4.73% to 5.43%.
