Uptown Square, located at 1354 Thorpe Lane, consists of 316 units with studio, one- and two-bedroom options. Upon closing of the transaction, the portfolio will be managed by University Partners, a leading owner and operator of student housing across the U.S.

“Inland continues to be bullish on acquiring student housing properties and we intend to purchase 10 or more of these before the end of this year.” 

Conveniently located at the northeast border of FSU campus, the seven-story property will include 367 units and 1,316 beds in studio through six-bedroom floor plans.

BREIT reported that its received $1.8B in redemption requests in November, an 18% drop from the previous month and a 66% decline from January, when the withdrawal requests peaked.
