Interface Properties has acquired Brantley Pines Apartments, a 296-unit multifamily property in Fort Myers, Fla. Inland Real Estate Group was the previous owner, Yardi Matrix information shows.

High Ridge Apartments is centrally located near Georgia State Route 10 Loop, U.S. Route 78 and U.S. Route 129.

The property is 4 miles from downtown Dallas, while the DFW International Airport is some 17 miles away.

The Argonne skirts the Columbia Heights neighborhood and is convenient to Washington DC’s many historic neighborhoods, cultural attractions, hubs of business and government, as well as parks, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Griffin Capital has successfully raised over $1.6 billion across its various Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds and currently manages a combined portfolio of 27 multifamily communities in various stages of construction and leasing, totaling over 9,400 units with an estimated total project cost of $3.1 billion.
