Blue Vault is monitoring the rapidly changing landscape of nontraded REIT and BDC offerings. One table tracks recent changes in the net asset values of shares.   Another table tracks changes in distributions — including reductions in distribution rates and suspensions of distributions — distribution reinvestment programs (DRIPs), and stock redemption programs (SRPs). Suspensions of public offerings are also tracked. Blue Vault will update these tables as new changes occur.
