Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust Declares November Distributions

Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) on November 27, 2020, declared distributions for each share class of common stock.  The distribution rate is the same for each share class and the net distribution rates differ due to stockholder servicing fees. The rates are shown in the table below:

Based upon the December 1 transaction prices per share, the annualized distribution yields would be as follows:

BREIT’s Class I NAV per share increased from $11.17 to $11.33, BREIT’s Class T NAV per share increased from $11.00 to $11.16 and BREIT’s Class D NAV per share increased from $11.05 to $11.20.

The previous month distribution rates are shown below:

Monthly distribution rates will vary depending upon the number of days in each month.  Comparing the November 2020 rate with the September 2020 rate shows that for a 30-day month, the rate has increased by 0.57%.  However, the November 2019 gross distribution rates and the September 2019 rates were also $0.0531 per share.
