Black Creek Diversified Property Fund Announces Net Asset Value Per Share

On May 15 Black Creek Diversified Property Fund announced a revised net asset value per share of $7.5148 for all classes of common shares, as of April 30, 2020. The revised net asset value will be the transaction price for subscriptions accepted as of June 1, 2020 and redemptions as of May 31, 2020.
The net asset value per share as of March 31, 2020, was $7.5275, and the net asset value per share as of April 30, 2019 was $7.3247. The year-over-year change in the net asset value is 2.6%.
