Answer:

As of December 31, 2023, Blackstone REIT reported total assets of approximately $130.8 billion, 58.5% of total industry assets. As of December 31, 2022, the Fund reported total assets of approximately $142.3 billion, 58.7% of total industry assets, an almost identical percentage.
