A senior care facility in Lebanon County changed hands in early February for $27.5 million, according to court records.
The facility’s previous owners — AMC Delancey Group Inc., a Philadelphia real estate developer, and Blue Bell-based Heritage Senior Living — sold Traditions of Hershey, a 120-room independent living facility off Route 322 in South Londonderry Township.
California-based Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III Inc. is the buyer. According to a deed transfer filed in the Lebanon County Courthouse, the property was sold for $27.5 million.
