Answer: As of March 31, 2024, Blackstone REIT reported total assets of approximately $129.7 billion, 59.6% of total industry assets. As of March 31, 2023, the Fund reported total assets of approximately $140.7 billion, 59.5% of total industry assets, an almost identical percentage.
