Realty Finance Trust Inc. Changes Name to Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust Inc.

In a filing with the SEC on February 3, 2017, Realty Finance Trust Inc changed its business name to Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust Inc. through a charter amendment effective January 30.

The company’s board of directors agreed to the charter amendment. The name change was made without action by the stockholders.
